Woman Honored After Saving A Man From Freezing Water In Her Pajamas

Kayla Masotto sprang into action in her pajamas and slippers when she noticed someone had fallen into the icy creek behind her house. She did take a second to throw on a jacket over her pajamas and scooted out on her paddleboard to rescue the man, who had fallen off a jet ski. Her sister got it on video and Inside Edition featured the story!

Other good Samaritans joined in as he pulled himself onto her paddleboard. He admitted to Masotto he thought he was going to die. Masotto and the others who helped were honored in a ceremony with first responders.
